How Can You Prevent Herpes?

You have to know already by now and I am sure that a ton of people have already said this. Prevention is better than a cure. If you prevent herpes from happening you never have to deal with it in the first place. Does that not sound amazing to you? I know I sure wish I would have taken some precautions before I was infected with herpes. You have probably read this kind of stuff in school and maybe even a little bit online. You might have even heard it a hundred times but I am going to preach it one more time for you guys just to make sure that you understand. When it comes to prevention herpes you need to take a couple steps of precautions before you decide to live in this life. If you do not follow these so called rules you are putting yourself in danger and you do not want to do that do you?

Step One

The most obvious and important rule to preventing herpes is to not have contact with somebody who you know has herpes. Not only should you watch out for people that you know has herpes but you should watch out for somebody who you think possibly might have herpes. Its important to know the difference because a lot of people will actually hide and mask their symptoms so that people will not notice them. This is the number one reason why it gets spread so often. People are embarrassed about it but crave human interaction and they spread it on purpose. Watch out and be careful because you never know who might be infected!

Step Two

Do Not share any drinks with anybody in the future. This will happen and does happen to a lot of people. It happens every single day and its something you need to look out for. Take precautions and never drink any drink that is not your own. You know how people say that sharing is caring, well this is not the case when it comes to sharing utensils, drinks or even food with people. Wherever your mouth goes you need to avoid sharing it. Herpes can stay on a surface for a short period of time after use so be careful!

Step Three

Stay clean at all times because you never know if you have the herpes virus on you already. Although you might have the virus on your body, if you clean it off in time you might be able to get rid of it. This is something not a lot of people are aware of. Herpes can not infect you unless it gets on certain areas of your body. Take a quick shower every day or if you think you might have been infected and make sure to clean the area as much as you can to know for sure!

I'm 15 years old. It took almost one year for my first real outbreak but it was the hardest thing in the world to get along with. I felt so unwanted and dirty. My boyfriend and I met three years ago on herpes dating site so we discovered we are +ve from the beginning of our relationship, that we both had genital herpes. It was a wonderful experience knowing Dr Utu.

Staying with Herpes is as easy as you think,but getting the cured seems confusing. I'm so happy because I'm free now from Herpes. I was very unhappy after the checkup and was diagnosed HSV 2 of which I know fully well I can't be cured with the Antibiotics, he prescribed for me the acyclovir(Zovirax), famciclovir (Famvir), andvalacyclovir (Valtrex). These are all taken in pill form. Severe cases may be treated with the intravenous I refuse to try it and went to another clinic for test and it still shows positive. I told the doctor about it and he said it's only by miracle and the prescribed he knows can't cure the virus by only keep fighting so it doesn't replenish always. I wasn't comfortable since I needed the cure.
I was in a very sad moon,then I came back in two weeks and still shows the same. I tell you,does who knows understand what I'm saying.

I thought my life had nothing to offer anymore because life became meaningless to me because I had HERPES virus, the symptoms became very severe and bold and made my family run from and abandoned me so they won't get infected.
